2. Why do I need to install the Windows driver?

Windows driver is the medium that connects the application programs and the printer. Therefore, Windows driver should be installed if the application program (customer program) does not control the printer directly..

3. How do I use it?

3-1. Install the drivers contained in the CD that comes with the printer you purchased.

3-2. If you do not have the CD, you can download the drivers from BIXOLON homepage.

3-3. When the installation is complete, you can start printing using the application programs through the corresponding driver.
