TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA (February 23, 2026) – BIXOLON’s POS Artist™ program enables users to design receipt layouts directly on a Windows® PC and print them with BIXOLON POS printers. The program supports image-based printing through the Windows Driver and provides essential features for receipt creation, including basic print settings, database integration, image and text placement, and barcode insertion.
Different receipt formats can be applied per user, enhancing operational efficiency across various industries such as retail, restaurants, kiosks, and ticketing.
Follow the steps below for instructions on using BIXOLON’s POS Artist program:

Step 3: Create the content to be published
Step 4: Click print
Additionally, BIXOLON released a POS Driver update which includes a Status Monitor. The Windows Driver Status Monitor enables real-time monitoring of a printer’s status by providing immediate notifications when abnormal conditions are detected and supports simultaneous monitoring of multiple printer drivers.
A dedicated user interface allows easy selection of printers to monitor, and configuration of alerts based on relevant status values. When an issue occurs, notifications are instantly displayed on the desktop, and email alerts can also be sent via SMTP server configuration, enabling efficient and reliable printer status management both on-site and remote.
